Here's how it works:

1. Your organization completes a Fundraising Agreement and submits it to Westhampton Publishing for approval. We will review your Agreement, sign it and send your organization a copy of the signed agreement.

2. Next, your organization will be assigned a Promotional Source Code that is used to track all orders attributable to your organization. We will also send you a sales package that includes sample copies of Baby’s Daily Diary and Keepsake Journal, order forms, checklist, promotional materials, and two posters.

3. Your organization then hosts a Baby’s Daily Diary and Keepsake Journal fundraising event for a mutually agreed upon time period. No upfront money is required.

4. Your organization collects money when orders are taken. Checks for all orders are made payable to your organization.

5. Your organization completes the Master Order Form and sends it to Westhampton Publishing with your order. Your organization will only receive a discount if it sells at least 50 books during your fundraising event.

6. Books are shipped to your organization within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Your organization then distributes the books to its customers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a Promotional Source Code?

A Promotional Source Code is a unique code assigned to each organization that signs a Fundraising Agreement. Every order that is placed using your Promotional Source Code will be allocated towards your profit total.

Q: Are there a minimum number of books that our organization must sell in order to receive a discount?

Yes. An organization must sell at least 50 books during its fundraising event in order to receive a discount on books sold. The more books sold, the higher the profit to your organization.

Q: How does my organization get started with its fundraiser?

It's easy. Just print, complete and return our Fundraiser Agreement to us.

Q: How much profit will my organization make on each book sold?

Your organization will earn up to 50% of the retail price for each book sold. You can predetermine your profits from our profit chart:

Fundraising Guidelines

1. Your organization may not conduct a fundraising event without first completing a Fundraising Agreement and receiving a Promotional Source Code from Westhampton Publishing.

2. We recommend that your organization carefully select the timing of your fundraiser to increase the likelihood of success. We suggest that your fundraiser lasts no longer than three weeks.

3. Establish a fundraising committee to administer your campaign.

4. Set clear achievable targets. Your strategy should ensure that you will sell at least 50 books in order to receive a discount. For example, if your organization has 200 members and needs to raise at least $6,000, then set a goal for each member to sell 3 books. It's that simple!

5. Keep all customer information confidential.

6. No door-to-door sales are permitted. We strongly recommend that you solicit orders from persons or organizations that are known to you—such as your existing networks of friends, family, co-workers, or members of your organization.

7. All fundraising events must use ethical fundraising methods. Your organization must follow all applicable state and federal laws when conducting your fundraising event.
